Poland Residence Permit

Foreigners who intend to start or continue work in the territory of the Republic of Poland, if circumstances justify the foreigner’s stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland for more than three months.

Also for foreigners who intend to start or continue work as a member of the board of directors in a joint-stock company or limited liability company, the shares or shares of which are not owned by the foreigner, and the entity that this person manages or will manage meets the relevant requirements.

The temporary residence permit is issued for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the foreigner’s stay in the territory of Poland, exceeding 3 months up to 3 years, with the possibility of applying for further permits.
